Handyman is a standard solution for all mobile devices that use the Microsoft Windows Mobile platform as an operating system. The Handyman mobile client can be customized according to the respective industry-specific needs easily and quickly. Delivered by Handyman ™ Out-of-the-box functionality includes:
- Registration of contracts: The service technician can describe his work, which required time and materials calculated to produce digital images and archive, manage checklists and exchange messages between the office and his mobile device.
- Intelligent checklists: Handyman ™ is designed with the help of checklists to standardize "a routine activity. The checklists allow the service organization of a standardized approach for the implementation of labor contracts. Thus, the possibility of sector-specific checklists is to develop and service technicians are available. The checklists will be processed directly on the mobile device and can be either signed by the service technician as well as by the customer after completion of all activities.
- Inventory and warehouse management: with this functionality inventories and stocks can be managed and ordered replacement parts. Furthermore, it is possible to package documents scanned and archived electronically.
- Working time: The service technician can enter details about job-related work, create and update work logs and archived. The record details of work can do specifically configured and adapted so individually.

- Customized screen display and data backup: The display on the screen of the mobile device can be individually set up for service technicians. Furthermore, the creation of backups, as well as the display of license details of all users is given.
